"As someone who struggled to find work due to my disability, VCG was a blessing in disguise. When I applied, I wanted to just apply for the position of IT Staff. I am someone who’s confident in my skills as a worker but lacks people skills (and don’t drive for higher positions). Yet our CEO took a gamble and gave me a choice to either be Team Lead for the IDX Department or IT Staff: I would still be hired either way. As someone who's very timid, I reluctantly agreed. I thought I’ll be doing just the tasks given to me but working with VCG managed to show me that I can do anything as long as I set my mind to it.
